Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave Part 5
This weekend I have finished Chapter 8 and defeated Hong Hua and Inyoni, possessed by some sort of evil bow. You then find out officially that Maria is masquerading as a few different people and is the chancellor from Argo.
I then finished my play time today by finishing up chapter 9. It’s a good thing I was able to recruit both Mikeala and the Inyoni prior to the final battle of chapter 9 since they get recruited at level 26 (for me). Most of the time you fight with 6 people. However, the final fight of chapter 9 called for like 9 fighters and Buccar turned on you at the start of the fight so fortunately I had already been developing Guzran to replace Buccar as my tough infantry fighter and had two more ladies at a high level ready to get plugged in. I’ll probably wind up making Guzran a warrior down the line I think. Catania has also become a beast now that I have made her a flyer. She is incredibly fast and mobile which allows her to strike twice (and first) most of the time. I’m starting to get to the point of the game where I have started to hit the cusp of creating a couple of units that are relatively broken. I want to make Guzran into a crit monster if I can or at the very least make him my versatile armor buster and infantry slayer. I also want to figure out a way to get Mu to be even harder to hit. She already does a pretty good job of dodging and has a decent avoidance at the moment. Once I can crack the code on a couple of these characters I’ll be rolling along nicely. I am really enjoying using up my time in between major battles to upgrade my characters, find items to improve my gear, and recruit other characters.
I think at this point of part 1 for Leda I have recruited all the characters I really want to recruit so at this point I will probably try to get rough 6 to 8 characters to level 35 for I can get their advanced classes and then hopefully finish up part 1 for Leda. I am still not 100% sure how Leda’s story will end. It’s obvious that killing Bertrand will not be the end of her story. I enjoyed the fight with Cai and some of the mechanics. The bombs on the field were a pain in the butt to move around but once I took out Cai’s team mates, he wasn’t that hard to deal with. Theodora is up next and I’m looking forward to going to battle against her. Now that I'm in chapter 10 I anticipate that Leda's chapter will rapidly close and then I think I will probably move on to Cai.
